All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to Listing Lens. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Videos generated through our Service are owned by you. We do not claim ownership of your generated videos. We may retain copies of generated videos on our servers for a limited period for technical and support purposes.
The Listing Lens platform, including its design, logo, software, and content (excluding your uploaded content), is owned by Listing Lens and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated videos will meet your specific requirements. Video generation times may vary based on demand and technical factors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listing Lens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
